Thank you so much to David and the team at DKM Motors. What started out as a very stressful week after my car decided to breakdown and cost of repairing was more than my car was worth. Dealt with Kevin and Mark and it was honestly such an easy experience. The lads couldn't have been more helpful throughout the process. When we first went to view the car on a Saturday it was off getting serviced and the lads offered to stay late that evening to let us come back and even offered to drive it to us during the week. I have had bad experiences with car dealers before, however I cant fault DKM.

Would highly recommend DKM Motors! Really genuine people with genuine cars. By far the nicest and friendliest people to deal with out of anywhere else I had looked. Mark was great to deal with and he was very fair with the price. Extremely helpful! Mark previously worked in Joe Duffy’s so I felt quite confident buying my BMW from him. Outstanding service! I sold a car recently to DKM. I dealt with Mark. He is so genuine and a pleasure to deal with. He was really fair and gave me a great price for the car.At the time, I didn't realise DKM source cars so I got my own. These guys are a cut above the rest, and not your usual "unless your definitely buying, were not interested" brigade.Currently searching for my new BMW or AUDI, I have recently tried to deal with several of the so called "main" dealers, and mostly having been made to almost feel like an inconvenience, DKM are setting an example of customer engagement. I live local to the DKM dealership, and honestly assumed because they are not a "main" brand corporate dealership, that my business might not be appreciated. I drive by regularly, and have become increasingly impressed with the quality of vehicles on their forecourt. Quality over quantity.So decided to stop in this morning and take a look around.. I was greeted my Mark, who was engaging, polite and helpful... "Isn't that his job?" I hear you say... well yes it is, but that does not seem to apply to the "main" dealers, as I have found myself wandering around one of the largest German brand main dealers, in Dublin without so much as an "Hello how can I help you" ... and promptly left... never to return.Back to DKM... Although my visit was spontaneous, and of the browsing nature... and the staff looked busy and efficient, I was made feel welcome and appreciated. I was interested (still am) in a couple of lovely (performance) cars, and there was no issue with a proper test drive, information, and most of all , no pushy sales ploy. If I do not buy this particular car, I would certainly like to think I will buy some car from DKM. I will take sincere and appreciative customer service in a modest setting any day, over fancy showrooms, cappuccinos , and 3 piece suits!Well done guys, keep it real and see you soon..

I have known Kevin for many years, and found him to be a very honest and genuine guy.
